Refund Window
Clients may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date for our Global Business Consulting services. After this period, all sales are final.
Qualifying Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, clients must meet the following conditions:
- The service must not have been utilized or commenced.
- The request for a refund must be submitted within the 30-day window.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a service, clients must notify us via email or phone. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service to avoid any charges.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if the service provided was only partially completed or if the cancellation notice was given within the allowed time frame but less than 48 hours prior to the service.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Customized consulting packages that have been initiated.
- Workshops and training sessions once they have commenced.
- Any third-party services or products purchased through our consulting services.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
